水落 麻理
横浜出身。小学校の頃、フラメンコと出会い、田中美穂氏のもとでフラメンコ舞踊を始める。その後、カンテフラメンコに魅せられ、転向。カンテを学び始める。小森浩平氏に師事。
渡西を繰り返しながら、スペインでの長期滞在により、現地でも著名な数多くの歌い手に師事する。
現在は、都内のタブラオ、コンクール、地方公演など多方面にわたり活動中。
初心者でも歌える、をテーマに定期的にカンテクラスを開催中。
最近では、2012年、石丸幹二とつのだたかしとの、詩とフラメンコのコラボレーションライブに参加。古楽器にのせてフラメンコを歌うなど、活動の幅を広げている。
Mari Mizuochi
Born in Yokohama, she came into contact with flamenco while she was attending Junior High School, and soon started learning flamenco dance at Miho Tanaka's academy. Eventually she became interested in singing, though, and her studies focused on cante, as a student of Kouhei Komori. When she graduated from college she had the opportunity to move to Spain, taking lessons from great masters such as Rafael Jiménez el Falo, Carmen Montoya, Rafael de Utrera, Esperanza Fernández, etc… In recent years she has become one of Japan's most acclaimed young cantaoras, taking part in all types of performances all over the country, including shows in tablaos, the annual dance contests, presentations by Japan's most conspicuous dancers, and occasionally cante recitals where she demonstrates her proficiency in the most difficult styles.
